Practice areas
At this office we assist with the matters below, among others. The list does not exhaust the work of the firm. The full index is on the practice areas page.
Lawyer
Jorge Ferraz
Jorge Ferraz, Portuguese bar licence 9398P, is an international associate of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and of the American Bar Association (ABA). He has been a lawyer for more than 20 years, admitted to the Bar since 2002. In the first consultation, that practice is used to identify the legal framework of the matter and the documents still needed, before any proposal of work. The firm was incorporated in 2018.
This page names only Jorge Ferraz. The other public profiles are on the team page.
Booking
Consultation
Consultations are paid by default. You can book 15, 30 or 60 minutes, in person in Lisbon by appointment or by video call. We send a written quote before any work begins. Where the matter allows it, fees are stated as a fixed amount.
The consultation is intended to help us understand the legal context of the matter. It does not constitute definitive legal advice or any assurance of outcome.
